De Proft-Schouppe has been imbued with craftsmanship in logging for three generations and has become the specialist in the purchase and sale of logs. Today, we are the preferred supplier of quality wood to furniture sawmills, pallet and packaging companies, manufacturers of matches and wooden packaging for fruit and food, veneer and paper manufacturers and other customers.

Strategic location
Our business is strategically located in Denderleeuw (East Flanders): in the heart of a region with a growing number of poplars. As a major supplier of wood for the timber industry, we also offer excellent logistic possibilities. The international port of Antwerp, for example, is easily accessible by rail or motorway.

De Proft-Schouppe has many years’ experience in forestry. Besides the purchase and sale of logs in various types of wood, we are experts in felling, dragging, loading, transporting, exporting, cleaning and replanting trees.
Export
De Proft-Schouppe also exports logs. We are a major timber supplier to Egypt, China, India, Vietnam and other countries and we offer both bulk transport and container transport.
