De Proft-Schouppe offers quality wood for various purposes, including for processing into veneer, sawmill grade, plywood and paper.

We only select wood from the most renowned French and Belgian forests
A Grade: knot-free stump (100% healthy)
AB Grade: some small knots are allowed (50-75% healthy)
BC Grade: healthy knots are allowed
Various lengths are possible
If desired, we can treat all stumps with paraffin
Cracks are closed and protected with S-hooks
Straight grain and beautifully centred core
All shipments are made in 40 ft containers, with a load capacity of about 30 m³ of poplar or about 22 m³ of hardwood
Diameter: 30 cm or ore

We carefully choose the wood in the most prestigious forests in Belgium and France
We cut and process the wood according to your wishes
The wood is felled before the sap movement and is treated with paraffin and shipped, closed with S-hooks
Length: 2.6 – 3 m and/or multiples as desired
Diameter: minimum and maximum on request
Newly sawn, straight and round stumps
A-quality: 4 sides clear
AB-quality: 3 sides clear
